- CTRL + A (Select All Text)
- CTRL + C (Copy Text)
- CTRL + V (Paste Text)
- CTRL + Y (Redo Changed Text)
- CTRL + Z (Undo Changed Text)
You may enlarge the Case Notes textbox by extending it by pulling down on its corner at the bottom right-side of the textbox. (Hold and drag downward)
